No customer quotes on this page. Renvoire is invite-only and young; when a partner agrees to be named, their words go here — and not a day before.
The brief stops moving
Scope is pinned to an order before work starts. "That is not what we agreed" now has a record to argue with, and it is the same record the client sees.
The money leaves a trail
Every top-up, hold, release and receipt is written against an order id. The client opens their own wallet and reads it without asking anyone.
Opening a client is an afternoon
Rooms, roles and scope templates come up preset. Nothing has to be reconstructed from a group chat, because nothing was filed in one.

No. Clients keep messaging where they already are. Renvoire takes the brief, the order and the record, so the conversation stops being the filing system.
The client tops up a wallet, funds are held in escrow against a specific order, and release happens when the proof is accepted. Amounts are held and shown in USD.
Roles are narrow by default. Moderators see no financial fields anywhere. Admins see per-client amounts. Nobody sees a platform-wide total.
Statements, invoices and ledger lines export as CSV or PDF, with one timestamp format throughout, all UTC.
Partner access is reviewed weekly. Desks arrive with scope already agreed, which is why the first orders route on day one instead of week three.
Account handles stay in the marketplace vault. Nothing appears unmasked outside it, on any screen, for any role.
